JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon and the bank’s top executives extended their congratulations to President-elect Donald Trump, Vice President-elect JD Vance, and newly elected lawmakers from both parties, pledging to work with officials on both sides of the aisle.
In a message to employees, the bank’s leadership highlighted JPMorgan’s tradition of bipartisan collaboration, expressing a commitment to engaging with the new administration and lawmakers from across the political spectrum.
While Dimon, a longtime Democrat, has previously praised some of Trump’s policies, CNN reports that he doesn’t plan to take on any formal role in a second Trump administration, according to sources familiar with his plans.
